A breaker is for demolition: it breaks concrete, asphalt and rock. A post driver is for installation: it drives fence and sign posts. They are two different attachments.
Go by operating weight: 350 joules for 1–4.5 tons, 500 joules for 3–6.5 tons and 800 joules for 5–10 tons. JMA supplies the head for your exact machine, included, so send us your make and model.
350 joules: 700–1,200. 500 joules: 600–1,000. 800 joules: 500–900 blows per minute.

Yes. They fit skid steers, mini excavators, excavators and backhoes, and JMA supplies the head for your exact machine. Skid steer options are on the skid steer hammer page.
Close, not the same. A post driver ships with a mounting head for your machine (included), 2 hoses, 2 bits, a tool box, a seal kit, a nitrogen bottle and a nitrogen gauge. A breaker ships with a bolt-on head and pins, 2 hydraulic hoses, a moil and a wedge chisel, a tool box, a nitrogen gauge and bottle and a repair seal kit.
No. A front hydraulic grapple grabs the post and holds it in place, then the hammer drives it down. One operator does the job.
