Return & Exchange Policy
JMA Attachments Returns and Exchange
Not satisfied with your purchase? Returns and exchanges are available under these conditions:
Returns:
- • Full refund within 14 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. Attachments must be unused, not installed and in the original packaging (wear parts: see below); every return needs a Return Authorization Number (RAN) first.
- • Store credit carries no restocking fee and can't be used for shipping costs.
- • Wear parts can be returned in the same condition we shipped them, or if they have a factory defect.
- • Ordered the wrong part number? You choose: an exchange, store credit, or a refund less the 25% restocking fee.
Refunds:
- • We inspect within 5 business days of receipt and email the outcome within 2 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Exchanges:
- • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Damaged Items:
- Report defects immediately with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund if unavailable.

Shipping Policy
JMA Attachments Shipping Policy
We prioritize timely delivery with options for standard (parcel 5–7 business days, freight 7–10) and expedited (parcel 2–4, freight 4–6) shipping. In-stock items ordered before 2 PM ET on a business day leave our warehouse the same day; later orders leave the next business day. Transit time starts after that. Multiple items may ship separately, with tracking provided for each.
Shipping Carrier:
- • Parcel (50 lbs or less): FedEx, UPS or USPS, tracked.
- • LTL freight (51 lbs and up): delivery appointment and signature; liftgate on request.
Outside the lower 48:
- • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Mexico and other places outside the lower 48: shipping is quoted by our team.
Warehouse Pickup:
- • Pickup in Miami: ready in 2 hours, Mon–Sat 9 AM–5 PM.

Warranty
- • Lifetime warranty on structural welds
- • Manufacturing defects: two years or 2,000 operating hours from delivery, whichever comes first
- • Hydraulic hammers: 24-month warranty; coverage varies by component, see the warranty card
