What does the warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 2 years or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first: year 1 parts and pre-approved labor, year 2 parts only. Hydraulic cylinders, motors and valves: 1 year or 1,000 hours. Hoses and fittings: 90 days. Pins, bushings and other wear items are not covered. Get our written approval before any repair.
Can I return it?
Custom-built and made-to-order attachments can't be returned once production has begun. If we confirmed the fit from your accurate machine and coupler details and our recommendation is wrong, the JMA Fitment Money-Back Promise still applies: report it within 14 calendar days of delivery.
