How fast does it ship?
In-stock items ship from Miami, FL the same business day when ordered before 2 PM ET; orders after 2 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Carrier estimates for the lower 48, in business days from the ship date: parcels of 50 lb or less go FedEx, UPS or USPS, tracked, 5–7 standard or 2–4 expedited; heavier parts go LTL freight, 7–10 standard or 4–6 expedited.
Is it covered by the warranty?
Wear items are not covered by any warranty: teeth, adapters, cutting edges, pins, bushings, seals and O-rings after the first 90 days, and paint. Replacing them is normal upkeep.
Can I return it?
Yes, if it is in the same condition we shipped it, or if it has a factory defect: a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery, or store credit within 30. Get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us first. A restocking fee applies to non-defective refunds. Ordered the wrong part number? You choose: an exchange, store credit, or a refund less the 25% restocking fee. Check the part number before you order, or send us the part number and we check it first.
